本(ben)次(ci)(ci)(ci)食(shi)(shi)品安全風險監測覆蓋魚復街道、永(yong)安街道、興隆鎮(zhen)共(gong)3個鎮(zhen)街,涉及企業8家(jia)。共(gong)抽檢(jian)焙烤及油炸類食(shi)(shi)品10批次(ci)(ci)(ci),其中(zhong)散(san)裝(zhuang)中(zhong)式糕點(dian)(dian)7批次(ci)(ci)(ci),預包裝(zhuang)中(zhong)式糕點(dian)(dian)3批次(ci)(ci)(ci),抽檢(jian)食(shi)(shi)品已全部交付縣疾控中(zhong)心檢(jian)驗科進行檢(jian)驗檢(jian)測工作(zuo)。
食(shi)(shi)品安全風(feng)(feng)險監(jian)測(ce)是覆蓋“農田-餐桌(zhuo)-醫(yi)院”全過程的食(shi)(shi)品安全風(feng)(feng)險監(jian)測(ce)體系(xi),可系(xi)統、持續地監(jian)測(ce)食(shi)(shi)源(yuan)性疾病(bing)、食(shi)(shi)品污染(ran)物、有(you)害因素(su)污染(ran)及(ji)其(qi)變化趨勢。為(wei)開展食(shi)(shi)品安全風(feng)(feng)險評估提供重要(yao)科學(xue)依據(ju),為(wei)食(shi)(shi)源(yuan)性疾病(bing)暴發(fa)致(zhi)病(bing)因子快速鑒定(ding)及(ji)溯(su)源(yuan)提供重要(yao)線索,有(you)力提高了(le)縣疾控中心(xin)食(shi)(shi)品衛生(sheng)檢測(ce)能(neng)力,同時為(wei)我(wo)縣食(shi)(shi)品安全示范縣成(cheng)功創建打下了(le)堅實的基(ji)礎(chu)。
